Let us join together to make the best of this day.

History of Leaders of Tomorrow Month

Ever wondered why humans are such successful creatures on this planet? There are various factors behind it, like having an opposable thumb to manipulate tools and a complex and powerful brain to understand difficult concepts. But our social characteristics are just as important. Humans are generally social. By teaming up, we were able to bring down big game and escape from dangerous predators in those ancient ages. Our bond with our fellow beings is one of the strongest in the universe.

But if there is a group, then there will be a need for a leader to coordinate the members of the team. Leadership roles are also vital for our society. What once started as a leader of a hunting group now results in the leader of the entire planet. Leadership is important, but how do we choose the best leader? Democracy has made it easy for us to find our leaders through elections.

True leaders are not always chosen to suit the needs of the majority. Sometimes, true leaders are molded by the situation at hand and the necessity. There is a long list of qualities that make a good leader. The leaders of tomorrow’s month help our children realize and learn from them.
