Born Samuel L. Elliott, Samuel Page, who is occasionally addressed as Samuel B. Elliott, Sam Elliott, Sam Page, and Nathan Watkins, is a determined American actor whose infamous decision to dump his academic degree to work in Hollywood as an actor is puzzling. In his words, “I came home and told my mom and dad I was moving to Hollywood to become an actor.” Page was a student of Princeton University, where he obtained a B.A. in ecology and evolutionary biology. He had pictured himself appearing on television screens and so, made his way to realize the vision.
Page made his T.V. debut in the 1999 television series, “Popular,” where he played the role of Stone Cold Fox Boy. In “7th Heaven” (1999), he appeared as Brad Landers and as Sam in “Undressed” (2000). He was brought to the limelight in the 2008 T.V. series “Mad Men” where he played the role of Greg Harris and since then, Page became a household name in the industry. He got some of his nicknames from his 2001 movies such as “The Brotherhood,” where he played the role of Chris Chandler and was credited as Nathan Watkins. In “Micro Mini-Kids,” he was cast as Blake and credited as Samuel Elliott. In 2008, he demonstrated his support for Barack Obama’s presidential race by appearing in the will.i.am’s video, “Yes We Can.”
Page’s success isn’t limited to his acting career alone but is also present in his personal life. In 2014, he married his wife, Cassidy Boesch, in California, and in 2016, they welcomed their first child, Logan, into the world.
