Miranda Brooke

Background

Miranda Brooke is a talented R&B singer, rapper, and dancer. Brooke discovered music as a child. At just four years old, she was already doing impersonations and dubbing the songs she heard on the radio. As a teenager, Brooke became a huge fan of T.L.C., Xscape, Aaliyah, and Missy Elliott. Sometime later, Brooke performed whenever and wherever she could: at church, the school choir, and local events.

Brooke signed to Island/Def Jam via Bu Vision. In October 2011, Brooke released her first single and video, ‘Hater’ produced by Sham “Sak Pase” Joseph. She was signed to Def Jam by Akon’s brother and C.E.O. of Bu Vision, Bu Thiam. She has been working with veteran producers Brian-Michael Cox and Jermaine Dupri for her debut album. The talented young woman from Chattanooga doesn’t like being considered just a singer. She considers herself a performer. She can sing, dance and rap.

She is married to Adriel Jeremiah Green, better known as A.J. Green. He is a wide receiver for the United States football team. A.J. Green plays professional football for the Arizona Cardinals in the National Football League. In 2011 he was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals, and then his N.F.L. career began. He stayed with that team for 10 seasons. He later went on to play for the Arizona Cardinals and is where he is to this day. Green also played college football for the University of Georgia team.
