Chloe Elizabeth Lukasiak was born in the town of Churchill, Pennsylvania. Her ancestors are Polish, Scottish, German, and Italian. Her parents are Christi and Marc Lukasiak. She started dancing at the Abby Lee Dance Company when she was two years old. She performed around the U.S., earning multiple titles at the regional, state, and national levels. She also participated in lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, acro, Spanish, and Bollywood dance genres on “Dance Moms.”

Lukasiak and her mother were cast in Lifetime’s “Dance Moms” in 2011. Due to the controversy surrounding her medical condition and her exit from the dance show, she also appeared on a few talk shows like “The Doctors.” She performed for artists like Brooke Hyland and Jess Godwin. She had a social media presence even before appearing on “Dance Moms,” joining YouTube in 2010 and Twitter in 2011.
