Background

Baby Goth has worked so hard to be where she is right now. Her passion for music started at a young age and she has worked for it. She was born on July 27, 1995, in Arlington, Texas. She also grew up in South Carolina, Florida, and Colorado. This was because she moved around a lot as a child due to her father’s career. She was diagnosed with social anxiety at a young age and this turned her to music. It was a way to bond with other people and therapeutic to her as well. She grew up listening to rappers like Eminem, Blink 182, Bob Dylan, Tupac, and Biggie Smalls, and these rappers influenced her current sound in music. She was also a big fan of bands and frequented weekly shows. In high school, she was a band member.

Before fame, she released covers every week and this gave her a sizable following. Later, she got signed by Hitway Records and Republic Records. She met Trippie Redd through Hitway Records and formed a rapport immediately. This led to her featuring in Trippie Redd’s album, “A Love Letter To You 3”. The single she was featured in ended up having millions of streams on Soundcloud. They later released Goth’s breakout single, ‘Swimming,’ which they had worked on together with Lil Xan in 2018. The song got more than three million views on Youtube and had an approval rating of 92%. To date, the song is on almost all music platforms including, iTunes, Spotify, and Google Play. This brought Goth a wider level of recognition, nationally and globally. She took advantage of her growing fame and popularity and released her E.P. in February of 2019.

Her fashion and tattoos have also gained her popularity as she embodies the modern-age female rapper. Despite her social anxiety, she is vocal about the things that she is passionate about and has come out to defend the L.G.B.T.Q. community confirming that she identifies as bisexual herself. When she is not singing or producing, Goth loves to write, hence her lyrical prowess, draw, and play video games. She has also shown interest in movie directing. She is multi-talented in creativity and is not afraid to learn and try new things that interest her. She also has two amazing kids that she loves and says all she is doing is for them to have a better life.
