Trevi Moran was born in Poway, California as Trevor Moran. Her mother is Nicole Moran and her father’s name is Tim Moran. She has an older brother named Blake. When Moran was 10 years old, she started uploading “Apple Store Dances” videos on YouTube of herself dancing to hit songs in the Apple Store. She founded the YouTuber group “Our2ndLife” with Connor Franta, J.C. Caylen, Kian Lawley, Ricky Dillon, and Sam Pottorff in August 2012. The group amassed three million subscribers before breaking up in December 2014.

Moran initially rose to popularity in 2012 when she performed the LMFAO song “Sexy and I Know It” during her audition for “The X Factor” at the age of 13. Before being disqualified in the Boot Camp stage, Moran received the support of four judges. She was subsequently chosen to take part in the live casting in San Francisco. Early in September 2013, Moran’s first major-label single, “Someone,” was released.
