Jinger Duggar

Background

Jinger Nicole Duggar was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, U.S., on December 21, to parents Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar. She has 19 siblings. Moreover, she is the fourth daughter and the sixth child in her family. Duggar shares a special bond with her elder sister Jessa Seewald and the two are just 13 months apart in age.

Duggar was raised in a devout Christian family. Her parents believed in instilling morals and values in their kids. As a result of this conviction, Duggar was not allowed to attend a public school. Instead, she was home-schooled, like all her brothers and sisters. Furthermore, as one of the eldest children in the Duggar family, she was assigned several household chores, including laundry and preparing meals for the family. Young Duggar was also interested in music early on and took violin and piano lessons. In addition, she knows the “Bible” very well.

Duggar became a public figure in 2004 with the documentary “14 Children and Pregnant Again.” When this movie was made, she had 13 siblings. The family had two more kids by 2006 and starred in a T.V. movie titled “Raising 16 Children.” Duggar also appeared in “Duggar’s Big Family Album” in 2008, “19 Kids and Counting” in 2008, “Larry King Live” in 2009, and “Counting On” in 2015. In 2015, she also penned a book titled “Growing Up Duggar” that she co-authored with sisters Jessa, Jana, and Jill. That same year, she met Jeremy Vuolo, and the two began dating with her parent’s permission. The couple tied the knot in 2016.
