Chris Heria

Background

Chris Heria, who graduated from St. Brendan High School, was born in Miami, Florida, on December 21, 1991. His mother is Chinese, and his father is Cuban. Heria and his brother Stefan both started their training early and competed in events in their teens and early 20s. They both have a strong interest in the calisthenics discipline. He is a member of the renowned training group BarStarzz and a self-taught fitness trainer. He received the 2019 Monaco Fitness & Wellness Influencer Awards.

Heria currently has more than 1.5 million followers on Instagram and over four million subscribers to his self-titled YouTube channel as of July 2022. In 2013, he launched both of his channels on the platform. Heria works as a coach for professional athletes and works with many people. He is the proprietor of THENX, a training academy. He and his team travel the globe providing clients with top-notch fitness instruction through their academy. Additionally, they provide T-shirts, resistance bands, and renowned weighted vests as merchandising.

Heria also owns a training app called ‘Heria Pro.’ He dabbled in music as well — he first debuted the music video for ‘On my mind’ in September 2018 and it was followed by those for ‘Feeling of You’ and ‘Patient.’ He managed two businesses while writing, recording, and producing music videos! Heria also manages a website where he sells a wide range of merchandise including weight vests, hoodies, joggers, shorts, and other apparel. He is in a relationship but his girlfriend’s identity remains unknown.
