The company spends 12 weeks every year making Peppermint Bark just for the holidays. It took more than 20 rounds of testing to settle on the perfect recipe for Peppermint Bark and it takes more than 24 hours to make a batch from start to finish. Today, 18 products bear the ‘Peppermint Bark’ name at Williams Sonoma.
