World Hemophilia Day is commemorated every year on April 17. The day, devoted to those who have hemophilia, is marked to raise awareness and help them have a better future. Hemophilia is a rare condition in which blood cannot clot properly because it lacks adequate blood-clotting proteins. World Hemophilia Day is currently celebrated globally to improve diagnosis and access to specialized treatment. On December 15, 1791, the Second Amendment and the other nine Bill of Rights provisions were passed. The Supreme Court ruled in District of Columbia v. Heller (2008) that non-military people had the right to have arms in their homes for self-defense.
