Brittani Lancaster was born on October 7, 1997, in Oregon, U.S.A. She comes from a family of five and has two older brothers, Corbin and Colton. Lancaster graduated in advertising from the University of Oregon. She decided to turn her life around for the better after she came to know that she suffered from an eating disorder as the symptoms bothered her mentally and physically; made her hormones dysfunctional; gave her vitamin deficiencies, and caused extreme hair fall.

Lancaster had no idea her video would go viral when she was busy attending a dance on February 8, 2020; that day was to become noteworthy for another reason. While gathering steam overnight is more frequent these days, especially on TikTok, she was astonished by how the number of views on the clip of her dancing in a pink dress. “Today marks 3.5 years of recovery from my eating disorder! You are beautiful. #bodypositive.” read the caption of that video. She had become a TikTok celebrity!

Lancaster spent her adolescence struggling with binge eating and anorexia. Since going viral, she has been producing content about leading a balanced life and overcoming eating disorders. It has been over two years since she opened up to the world about her struggles with eating disorders, and has gathered more than 900,000 followers on TikTok. She also started a YouTube channel that now has more than 30,000 followers. She continues to spread positivity and kindness through her Instagram as well. Beyond her projects as a content creator, she works at Evelyn and Bobbie, a company that manufactures comfortable undergarments. Lancaster’s work allows her to combine her personal and intellectual objectives. Furthermore, having a stable income enables her to view social media as a hobby and an extremely rewarding passion project, rather than a stressful job.
