National SBDC Day is celebrated across the United States on the third Wednesday in March. It takes place on March 18 this year. The day is a national, collective proclamation of the impact of America’s Small Business Development Centers (S.B.D.C.s). National SBDC Day hopes to create a community where small business owners can come together and benefit from each other’s expertise. This is also the day to recognize small businesses in your area and the ways by which you can help them. Small businesses not only offer employment and personalized services, but they also preserve our culture and heritage. What is your favorite small business and how have their services benefitted you?
National VO Day

National VO Day, celebrated on March 15, is the time of the year that focuses on appreciating the talented voice-over artists in the country. The day also gives a glimpse into the history of voice-overs, and how the art evolved into the different forms of media we are exposed to today. The fact is, without voice-over artists, all the cartoons we watch will be silent, nor will there be any information provided in documentaries. And yes, all the movies we watch will be missing the oomph factor! So on this day, join hands and pay a tribute to all our talented voice-over artists.
Argentina Carnival

The Argentina Carnival is celebrated on the Monday before Ash Wednesday and takes place on February 16 this year. It is the perfect time to let loose and party. A carnival is an ideal excuse to throw a big party with all the trimmings and thrills. It only takes a flashback to childhood to recall images of candy floss, amusing sideshows, and rides that give you butterflies. And if you haven’t yet experienced the carnival’s allure, now is the time.
