In her teens, she won several beauty pageants, including Miss Sofia in 2002 and Miss Tourism Bulgaria in 2005.

They formed the musical group Sahara in 2009, triggering Andrea’s rise to musical fame. Their first song was ‘Tyalee’ (2009) featuring Lenox Brown, who joined the group. The song’s English version was produced by the Romanian label Cat Music. In the same year, Sahara collaborated with American artists Bob Sinclair and Shaggy to record and release ‘I Wanna,’ their most popular song that has been released in over 50 countries. Sahara recorded ‘Mine,’ featuring American singer Mario Winans, before she again collaborated with Shaggy to record ‘Champagne’ in 2011. A year later, she signed with Romania’s largest music company, Roton Music. In 2014, she and Alek Sandar recorded ‘Peaceful Place’ in support of the L.G.B.T.Q.+ community.
Throughout her career, Andrea has recorded four albums and won over 20 awards, such as ‘European Artist of the Year’ at the Kraljevski Muziči Festival in Serbia and the ‘Most Popular Balkan Star’ award at the Montefolk Awards in Montenegro. Her songs have been released worldwide and received wide acclaim.
