On a day meant to celebrate this everyday thing, find a new appreciation for your umbrella cover by celebrating Umbrella Cover Day this July 6. The often overlooked part of an umbrella, umbrella covers often find themselves in the back of closets, in drawers, or in the trash, forgotten and unused. Then we get a new umbrella, and the cycle repeats itself. These little sleeves, slipcovers, cases, sheaths — whatever they may be — deserve our recognition.
National Air Traffic Control Day

It is National Air Traffic Control Day this July 6 and we cannot be more excited! This day is held especially on this date because it is the anniversary of the day the air traffic control system was established in the U.S. Each year, the work, skill, and ingenuity of the men and women of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are recognized and honored on this day.
National Workaholics Day

National Workaholics Day is on July 5, and it’s meant to remind us to find a good balance between our home and work life. In general, workaholics tend to put work before almost everything else. This includes family, friends, and even their own health for the sake of work performance and their quest for perfectionism. As a result, multiple areas of their lives are affected negatively. Their love life can fall apart and they can become lethargic if they don’t properly take care of themselves. On National Workaholics Day, we are reminded to make sure to care for ourselves outside of work as well!
