The Day of the Mushroom celebration is celebrated on April 16 and honors all things fungi. The fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus, which can grow anywhere above ground, on soil, or its food source, is known as a mushroom. The white button mushroom, which is grown, is the standard fungus to be called a mushroom. Therefore, fungi with a stem, cap, and gills on the underside of their cap are those to which the term “mushroom” is most frequently applied. The name “mushroom” is also relevant to describing the fleshy fruiting bodies of other Ascomycota because it is used to describe a range of different gilled fungi that may or may not have a stem.
Tamil New Year

Tamil New Year is observed on the first day of the Tamil month Chithirai, which usually falls on April 14. Since the day is set based on the solar cycle of the lunisolar Hindu calendar, the occasion has cultural relevance and is celebrated with traditions and historic customs. On this day, people dress up, meet loved ones, and host dinners; gifts are exchanged, bonds are strengthened, and happiness is spread across the region. The Tamil New Year is celebrated by all Tamil Hindus in their various countries of residence, including Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, etc.
National Pro-Life T Shirt Day

National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day is observed on April 3 annually. On this day, communities encourage young people and individuals who are anti-abortion to wear their favorite pro-life t-shirts everywhere, all day, to impact others. It doesn’t matter if it’s at work, school, the store, or the neighborhood; any place can get people thinking about the debate on abortion, even if they disagree with the pro-life people. It is a day that calls for people to stand up strong for what they believe and what better way to do so than to wear a T-Shirt that communicates your message?
