Seychelles Independence Day

Seychelles Independence Day takes place on June 29. The Seychelles has been a member of the Commonwealth of Nations ever since it was granted independence in 1976. The anniversary of their independence is usually celebrated by a vibrant display of pride and patriotism that spreads throughout the city. Streets are usually decorated with the bright colors of the Seychelles flag. Even the lamp posts are also decorated with twinkling lights. The skies light up at night due to the fascinating fireworks.

Every year, Reserves Day is commemorated on the Wednesday before the last Saturday in June and this year it will be marked on June 24. This day is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the vital role that Reservists play in bolstering the UK’s defense capability. Reservists have always played and will continue to play an important role in our defense force, and they provide a valuable service to the state in addition to their regular jobs. Aymara New Year

Aymara New Year is observed every year on June 21 in Bolivia. It is the holiest day for the country’s Aymara people.
