National Dayton Whiskey Day commemorates the inception of the distinctive Dayton-style category of whiskey, marked by the debut of "Craftsmanship," a single barrel reserve whiskey crafted by Dayton Barrel Works in collaboration with H. Gerstner & Sons, on April 10, 2024. This original Dayton Whiskey showcases a blend of Midwest artisanal grains with water drawn from the Great Miami Buried Valley Aquifer in the region, and meticulously distilled in Dayton, Ohio.
