Corey Feldman

Background

Corey Feldman has made appearances in several programs. In 1981, he did the voice-over for Disney’s “The Fox and The Hound.” In 1984, Feldman’s career took a turn toward the horror genre where he took the role of the main character, ‘Tommy Jarvis’ as a child. Feldman then started appearing in a series of blockbuster movies such as “Gremlins,” Stand by me,” and “The Goonies.” He appeared in a classic film “The Lost Boys,” alongside Keifer Sutherland and Jason Patric. He won the best actor award in a horror film for his performance in the film. He was also awarded The Jackie Coogan award for his performance in the motion picture “Stand by Me ” in 1986.

In 1989, Feldman appeared in the “Burbs” alongside Carrie Fisher and Tom Hanks. One year later, he did the voice of ‘Donatello’ in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” He returned to filmmaking after he had taken some time off to focus on his personal life and made appearances in “Bordello of Blood”(1996), “Dweebs”(1995), “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II”(1993), “Maverick”(1994), and “Loaded Weapon 1”(1993).

In 2004 he was awarded a Former Child Star Lifetime Achievement Award for his performance in “The Birthday”(2004), a motion picture that he deems to be his best work to date. Feldman starred in “Terror Inside”(2008), for which he was awarded The Crystal Reel Best Actor Award. Feldman also wrote a “New York Times” Best Selling autobiography that was met with incredible reviews in 2013. Now a father, husband, and environmentalist, he is focused on nurturing a growing music career.
