Public input helps guide the maintenance and improvement of rural roads and transportation infrastructure in the Brownwood District.Brownwood TodayThe Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Brownwood District is hosting an online virtual public meeting for the 2027–2030 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). The meeting is an opportunity for the public to learn about and provide input on transportation projects that could be coming to the Brownwood District, which includes several rural counties. Citizen feedback helps shape priorities that may eventually become part of the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.
