Elon Musk has confirmed that Tesla plans to open more of its Tesla Diner locations following the success of the West Hollywood site. Musk hinted that a Palo Alto location could be in the works, reviving an idea he floated in 2025 to open a diner near Tesla's Giga Texas headquarters in Austin and engineering headquarters in Palo Alto.

Despite a simplified menu, the diner has drawn heavy demand from customers.
