In this 7-round mock draft, the Philadelphia Eagles address key needs on both sides of the ball, selecting a hard-hitting safety, a developmental offensive tackle, a speedy wide receiver, a versatile edge rusher, an interior offensive lineman, a pass-catching tight end, a strong-armed quarterback, and a physical slot cornerback.
Why it matters
The Eagles have several high-profile free agents this offseason, including safety Reed Blankenship, wide receiver Jahan Dotson, and tight end Dallas Goedert. Howie Roseman will need to reload through the draft to maintain the team's status as a Super Bowl contender in the NFC.
The details
In the first round, the Eagles select safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren from Toledo, a physical presence with good coverage skills who could replace Blankenship. In the second round, they take Clemson tackle Blake Miller to eventually succeed Lane Johnson. Georgia wide receiver Zachariah Branch provides explosive playmaking ability in the slot in the third round, while Indiana edge rusher Mikail Kamara adds depth to the defensive line. Duke's Brian Parker, a versatile interior offensive lineman, and Cincinnati tight end Joe Royer are fourth-round picks. The Eagles then take a flier on Penn State quarterback Drew Allar in the fifth round and Oregon cornerback Jadon Canady to bolster the secondary.
- The 2026 NFL Draft will take place from April 24-26.
The players
Emmanuel McNeil-Warren
A 6-2, 202-pound safety from the University of Toledo, McNeil-Warren is a physical presence with good coverage skills and ball-hawking ability.
Blake Miller
A four-year starter at offensive tackle for Clemson, Miller has the size (6-6, 315 pounds) and athleticism to develop into a high-level starting tackle in the NFL.
Zachariah Branch
A speedy and explosive wide receiver from the University of Georgia, Branch could provide a dynamic playmaking threat in the slot for the Eagles' offense.
Mikail Kamara
A 6-1, 245-pound edge rusher from Indiana, Kamara combines power and quickness to pressure the quarterback, leading the Big Ten in pressures in 2025.
Brian Parker
A versatile offensive lineman from Duke who can play guard or center, Parker has the size, strength, and athleticism to contribute as a depth piece or potential starter on the Eagles' offensive line.
What they’re saying
“We must not let individuals continue to damage private property in San Francisco.”
— Robert Jenkins, San Francisco resident (San Francisco Chronicle)
“Fifty years is such an accomplishment in San Francisco, especially with the way the city has changed over the years.”
— Gordon Edgar, grocery employee (Instagram)
What’s next
The judge in the case will decide on Tuesday whether or not to allow Walker Reed Quinn out on bail.
The takeaway
This draft class provides the Eagles with a mix of high-upside athletes and developmental prospects to help reload the roster and maintain their status as a contender in the NFC.
