Phillies Volunteers and IBX Blue Crew Serve Love and Smiles at Ronald McDonald House

The Phillies and IBX Blue Crew kicked off their 2026 volunteer season with a special Valentine's Day dinner for families at the Ronald McDonald House.

More than 200 families whose children are receiving special care at local hospitals were served a special Valentine's Day dinner, prepared and served by IBX and Phillies front office volunteers, as part of Ronald McDonald House Philadelphia's 'Served with Love' program. The volunteers also hosted arts and crafts, games and giveaways for the attending families, and the Phillie Phanatic made an appearance to bring extra joy.

Why it matters

The event was a continuation of the Phillies & IBX Give Back initiative, featuring monthly volunteer and community engagement efforts across the region. The Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for families whose children are receiving critical medical care, and the 'Served With Love' program brings in volunteers to provide meals and support.
