The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) East District girls basketball tournament draw was held on Sunday, February 8th. Strasburg and Carrollton earned the No. 1 seeds in their respective divisions based on the MaxPreps RPI formula, which takes into account win percentage, opponent's win percentage, and opponent's opponents win percentage.
