The details
Originally built in 1983, the property has been reimagined by New York-based interior design firm Ward + Gray to serve as an intimate, high-design retreat. In addition to the 29 guest rooms, the hotel will feature a small lobby retail shop and an expansive outdoor gathering space called The Lawn. Eric Freitas-Orford, previously the General Manager of The Twenty Two New York, has been brought on as the Managing Director for New York to oversee Hotel Corduroy and Blue Flag Capital's two other upcoming East End properties.
