Three new boutique hotels are scheduled to open across Long Island's East End this year, adding to the region's growing hospitality landscape. The developments come from Boston-based Blue Flag Capital and its management company, Collared Martin Hospitality, with properties opening in Montauk, Sag Harbor, and Greenport.
