First Steps Developmental Services, a center-based ABA therapy and early intervention provider in Woburn, Massachusetts, is expanding its services to address the long waitlists families face for autism and Down syndrome therapies. The center is now offering three service options for children ages 0-6: a center-based program, After-School ABA, and a Hybrid Home ABA model that combines center-based sessions with home support.

First Steps' new service options include a center-based program operating Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, an After-School ABA program, and a Hybrid Home ABA model that combines center-based sessions with home support. All services are led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and delivered through structured, play-based therapy. The center accepts major insurance plans, and recent Massachusetts legislation requiring ABA coverage for children with Down syndrome has expanded access to these services.
