The Tigers won seven individual events and two relay races, with strong performances across the track and field events.

Edwardsville scored 178.5 points to easily win the team title, with Mount Zion a distant second at 62.33 points and O'Fallon third at 61.33 points. Alton's Rayna Raglin was the star of the meet, winning the 100m in 11.27 seconds (breaking her own school record), the 200m in 23.88 seconds, and the 400m in 57.57 seconds. Edwardsville's Sophie Shapiro also had an outstanding day, winning the 100m hurdles in 13.65 seconds (a new program record) and the 300m hurdles in 43.81 seconds. Edwardsville also got individual wins from Morgan Popelar in the 3,200m, Jayla Gathing in the discus, and Morgan Gestes in the long jump. The Tigers also won the 4x200m and 4x400m relays.
