The annual Art Under the Elms festival is returning to the Lewis-Clark State College campus in Lewiston, Idaho this weekend. The free, three-day event features over 100 artisan booths, a lineup of regional musical acts, and a national headliner performance by the Nashville-based duo The Flinns.
