A memorial service for 69-year-old Melissa Saylor of Eldora, formerly of Waterloo, will be held on Saturday, February 7th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. A celebration of life will follow from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at AMVETS Post 49 in Cedar Falls.
