Charlie Woods, the son of golf legend Tiger Woods, has made a verbal commitment to play golf for Florida State University. Woods, a junior at The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, is ranked No. 21 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings and has one AJGA victory under his belt.

Woods, who is currently No. 21 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings, made his verbal commitment to play for the Seminoles on Tuesday. He will join Miles Russell, the No. 1 player in junior golf, who has also committed to Florida State. Woods’ lone AJGA victory came at the Team TaylorMade Invitational last May, and he tied for ninth in the Junior PGA Championship last summer.
