I visited the West Hollywood location of The NOW, a massage boutique chain, and experienced their Signature Massage with Deep Tissue and Herbal Heat Therapy. The bright, airy space inspired by Tulum, Mexico provided a serene escape, and my 50-minute massage with skilled therapist Linda left me feeling significantly more relaxed and rejuvenated despite my persistent aches and pains.

Massage therapist Linda used deep, even strokes to work out the knots and tension in my neck, back, and shoulders, complemented by strategically placed herbal heat packs. Despite the intensity of the deep tissue work, I never experienced any discomfort, only a growing sense of relief and relaxation.
