The City of Wauwatosa has approved $2.85 million in tax incremental financing to support the development of a 92-unit, 119,000 square-foot apartment complex near Mayfair Mall. The $22 million project will transform two vacant buildings on an underutilized site into new residential units with amenities like a fitness center and outdoor courtyard. Construction is expected to begin in June 2026 and be completed by July 2027.
