Freshman Zane Hearne broke the program's 13-year-old record in the discus, while all three LC State javelin throwers had stellar performances, with Gianna Anderson, Perry Severijnse, and Cole Arlint all nearing national standards.

Hearne claimed the top spot in Warrior history in the discus with a mark of 47.43m, improving upon his previous personal best by almost two meters. Alexzander Lambson also had a strong showing, throwing the fourth-best discus distance ever at LC State. In the javelin, Gianna Anderson bettered her own school record, while Perry Severijnse and Cole Arlint both had throws that nearly reached national standards. The Warrior women also excelled, with Haylee Appleford, Hope Zollman, Shayvon Williams, Grace Osborne, and Ruby Kessinger all posting strong results in the shot put, discus, and hammer throw.
