Belfort Furniture, one of the nation's largest independent home furnishings retailers, has purchased a 260,000-square-foot facility on 22 acres near Berryville, Virginia to serve as its new central distribution center. The move will more than triple the size of the company's current warehouse operation and improve access to growing markets in Winchester, Virginia, and Jefferson County, West Virginia, while placing operations within 500 miles of key manufacturers.
