The No. 3/3 Hornets (12-1, 7-0 ODAC) opened the scoring but Shenandoah (5-11, 3-6) briefly took the lead before Lynchburg erupted for 10 goals in the second quarter to take control of the game.

The Hornets outshot Shenandoah 77-24, collected 48 ground balls, and won 30 faceoffs in the victory.
