X3 Tradesmen, a Utah-based construction staffing company, has announced the launch of its National Division to bring its proven Workforcing® model for skilled trades staffing to contractors across the United States. The new division will leverage X3's established network to provide access to safety-trained electricians, plumbers, and HVAC professionals to help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Why it matters
The expansion of X3 Tradesmen's services nationwide comes as construction demand continues to fluctuate, making it challenging for contractors to maintain consistent access to skilled tradespeople. X3's Workforcing® model aims to provide contractors with flexible workforce solutions to navigate these cycles.
The details
Through the Workforcing® 360° Suite, X3 offers services like X-Staff and X-Direct to help contractors access skilled labor, X-Change to replace underperformers, and X-Lend, X-Refer, and X-Reserve to keep valued tradespeople productive. As the National Division enters new states, X3 will prioritize recruiting locally while also deploying qualified traveling professionals from across the country to meet project demands.
- X3 Tradesmen was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in West Jordan, Utah.
- Over the past decade, the company has supported more than 7,000 construction projects and deploys over 1,200 skilled tradespeople annually.
- The new National Division was launched on March 17, 2026.
