The Lady Spartans softball team from Emery High School traveled to Payson, Utah on Saturday to compete in a one-day tournament. Despite an early 4-0 lead against the host Payson team, Emery was unable to secure a win, going 0-4 on the day against opponents Payson, Duchesne, Lehi, and Morgan.
