Lockney Elementary Gifted Students Attend Region 17 S.T.E.A.M. Showcase

Lockney Elementary Gifted and Talented students in second through fifth grades recently attended the Region 17 S.T.E.A.M. Showcase in Lubbock, Texas, where they participated in a variety of interactive learning activities focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.

Throughout the day, Lockney students explored numerous interactive stations that allowed them to experiment with engineering design concepts, engage with technology-based learning tools, and participate in science and math challenges. These hands-on experiences help students better understand how classroom lessons connect to real-world applications.
