The annual Sun City Bacon Fest is back in El Paso on Sunday, April 26th, 2026, with a full day of bacon-inspired food, live music, games, and contests at Anthony Street and Union Plaza Park. Admission is free, thanks to sponsors Labinoti Law and Oscar Leeser's Hyundai.

The details

The festival will feature food trucks and vendor tents serving up a variety of bacon-themed specialties, including offerings from El Jefe Tacos, Trac One Restaurant, Lil Diner, Smokin Jack BBQ, El Merendero, 915 Tacos, Rolling Smoke BBQ, and Desert Oak Barbecue. Craze will also be on hand selling drinks. Live music will be provided by The Twisted Hams, Prime Rocks, and Fire & Ice on the Modelo Chelada stage. Attendees can also participate in bacon-themed contests and games, such as the pig toss, hog calling, and greased pig contests, with prizes available from Johnson Jewelers.
