Terrance Arceneaux, a former four-star recruit who played the last two seasons at North Carolina State, has transferred to George Washington University, according to a report from Field of 68. Arceneaux, a 6-foot-6 guard from Beaumont, Texas, averaged just 3.8 points and 2.6 rebounds in 30 games off the bench for the Wolfpack last season.
