Buffalo Bills Hire Former Tennessee QB As Josh Allen's Quarterback Coach

The Buffalo Bills have hired former Tennessee quarterback Bo Hardegree as their new quarterback coach, where he will work closely with star QB Josh Allen. Hardegree has previous coaching experience with the Tennessee Titans, Las Vegas Raiders, and several other NFL teams. He was part of the same Tennessee recruiting class as quarterbacks Brent Schaeffer and Erik Ainge, though he never saw playing time during his college career.

The Bills are still searching for their first AFC Championship and Super Bowl appearance, despite having one of the league's top quarterbacks in Josh Allen. The details

Hardegree spent the past two seasons as the Las Vegas Raiders' quarterback coach and interim offensive coordinator. Prior to that, he was the quarterback coach for the Tennessee Titans, where he was promoted to play-caller late in the 2025 season. Hardegree has also had coaching stints with the Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Bears and Broncos.
