Beginning April 14, diners in Greenville, South Carolina will be able to try two new collaborative dishes from Michelin-starred restaurants Scoundrel and Lewis Barbecue. The upscale French-inspired Scoundrel will serve a Lewis Barbecue Smoked Prime Rib Steak Frites, while the barbecue spot Lewis Barbecue will offer a Lewis Barbecue Prime Rib Sandwich topped with buns seasoned with Scoundrel's proprietary Montreal seasoning. Both dishes will come with Scoundrel's famous duck fat fries and sauce au poivre.
