The Sea & Sand Festival is returning to Folly Beach, South Carolina this weekend (February 21-22) for its 34th year. The two-day event will feature over 80 art, craft, and fashion vendors, live music, a surfboard painting contest, aerial acts, jugglers, crafts, and a sand sculpting competition.

On Sunday, the festival moves to the beach near The Tides for the annual Sand Sculpting Competition starting at 10am.
