Why it matters

The details
According to authorities, on April 1 the owner of Pocono Midwives at 1519 North 9th Street discovered the building had been broken into, with the back door left unsecured and evidence that someone had been inside. Extensive damage was reported in the basement from removed piping and wiring. During a property check the following morning, officers found an unsecured door and a cellphone on a charger, which led them to call Churchill's last known number and confirm his involvement.
