In addition to housing the city's Community Development and Parks & Recreation staff, the center will feature three business incubator spaces on the first floor and long-term lease offices on the second floor. The building also includes a large community room and a commercial kitchen available for public rental. Outdoors, the plaza will serve as a gathering space for community events, including the Umatilla Saturday Market & Concert Series.
