Pendleton City Council to Vote on Recycling Charges

The Pendleton City Council will consider charges for state-mandated curbside recycling at its meeting on Tuesday. Pendleton Sanitary Service, Inc. (PSSI) is asking that residential customers pay an additional $8 a month for the curbside container, which will be picked up every other week.
