A 42-year-old South Euclid man is facing felony charges after police found a variety of illegal drugs, including psychedelic mushrooms, ecstasy, marijuana, and suspected methamphetamine, in his sport-utility vehicle during a traffic stop in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.

Police spotted the suspect's Chevrolet Tahoe in the parking lot of a Popeyes restaurant in Middleburg Heights and determined that the vehicle belonged to a business owned by the South Euclid man, whose driver's license had been suspended. When the suspect noticed the police, he initially tried to back out of the parking space but then remained in the lot. Three juveniles were in the backseat of the SUV. A search of the vehicle uncovered several bags of marijuana, a glass container and plastic bag of psychedelic mushrooms, a pill the suspect admitted was ecstasy, and an Aleve bottle containing suspected methamphetamine.
