As winners of the MOESC Franklin B. Walter Scholarships, Jacob Bickert (Galion High School, Crawford County), Mary Green (Highland High School, Morrow County) and Jesse Halfhill (Pioneer CTC & Lexington High School, Richland County) were selected to represent MOESC and their respective counties at the Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) Franklin B. Walter State program on April 13.
