The details
Parker arrives at Dayton following a successful tenure at VCU, where she served as an assistant coach since May 2022 and helped the Rams to their first WBIT appearance in 2024. Prior to her time with the Rams, she spent three seasons at Marist College, helping lead the Red Foxes to back-to-back MAAC Regular Season Championships (2020, 2021) and a MAAC Tournament Championship in 2021, which resulted in an NCAA Tournament berth.
