The event will be programmed globally on March 28, giving members a chance to set goals, measure performance, and track progress over time. F45 PEAK500 leverages F45's team-based training environment, with coaches providing strategic guidance and members drawing on the collective energy and accountability that defines the brand.

Why it matters

F45 PEAK500 represents the next evolution in network-wide athletic benchmarking for the fitness brand, building on the legacy of the iconic F45 Playoffs. The new event aims to bring the energy of a true fitness competition into the F45 studio, giving members a platform to push their limits and set new performance goals.

The details

F45 PEAK500 features five stations, each five minutes in duration with one minute of rest between stations. The five stations include a Bike Erg, Dumbbell Devils Press and Suitcase Forward Lunges, Ski Erg, Shuttle Runs and Barbell Thrusters, and a Row Erg. The goal is to accumulate as many points as possible across all five stations, with 500 representing the maximum achievable score.
